Access Guide: Nikko Yumoto Ski Resort
From Tokyo to Nikko Station
Train Options:
- Tobu Railway Limited Express "Spacia": Tobu Asakusa Station → Tobu Nikko Station (approx. 1 hour 50 minutes, ¥2,800)
- JR + Tobu Local: Shinjuku/Tokyo → JR Nikko Station (change at Utsunomiya, approx. 2-2.5 hours, covered by JR Pass)
From Nikko Station to Yumoto Onsen (Ski Resort)
Bus:
- Tobu Bus from Tobu Nikko Station or JR Nikko Station
- Route: Nikko → Chuzenji Onsen → Yumoto Onsen
- Duration: 55-80 minutes (depending on route/conditions)
- Fare: Approximately ¥1,700-¥2,000 one-way
- Frequency: Hourly departures (reduced in off-peak seasons)
